Following the steps of the smartphones and computers, the USB DACs are gradually transforming to USB TypeC terminated digital decoding devices, which can provide enhanced performance.

The TC05 is a dedicated data cable designed for audiophiles for the purpose of connection.

Note: The new batch of TC05 (after 2022.06) has removed the arrows screen printing, which means the connectors are bi-directional, so that you can use it either way and there is no need to consider about the direction.

Upgrade for Better Quality, Appearance and Sound

The upgraded TC05 utilizes four strands of separately insulated wire as the conductor. The conductor is made of high purity silver-plated OCC with double protection structure. It uses teflon for the inner insulation and TPU for the outer insulation.

Symmetric Connector Supports Inserting Either Way

It’s recommended to use with USB TypeC terminated decoders, amplifiers, music players, decoding cables, etc, such as connecting products from brands like Astell&Kern or Fiio with smartphones or computers.

Use with the TC28i* to work on iPhone

*The TC28i is a dedicated OTG adapter for iOS devices made by ddHiFi

Note: When using with the TC28i, it’s unable to use with DAP under USB DAC mode owing to its large power consumption.
